The 2017 Yarden Pinot Gris exhibits an aromatic blend of nashi pear, guava, lime, melon and banana fruit characters, along with notes of mineral and spice. With medium body, this captivating wine presents attractive and lingering flavor. Yarden Pinot Gris is great to drink upon release, and is best consumed within a couple of years of vintage. The wine goes wonderfully with Thai green curry chicken, sea bass carpaccio, or pasta primavera.
