Winemaker's Notes
The 2013 Yarden Katzrin Chardonnay is fermented and aged in new French oak barrels from the Golan Heights Winery in northern Israel. The wine's rich flavor and good acidity combine to create an elegant Chardonnay of great drinkability. The Chardonnay has an excellent buttery taste reminiscent of movie theater buttery popcorn. The wine is full bodied with great acid and finish. It's golden yellow color with a touch of sweetness is a really good balance. This vintage is very enjoyable with a delicious and lingering finish.
