We are constantly replenishing our inventory, and sometimes we will have to make a vintage substitution. We reserve the right to substitute the vintage of any bottle under $15 without notification. If a vintage substitution is needed for a wine over $15, we will send an email notification and wait 24 hours for your response before shipping the available vintage. If you are vintage specific please leave a note in the comment section at checkout. We will never substitute with a Shmita vintage. Thank you for your understanding.

Winemaker's Notes
A clear, rich white wine that interweaves scents of wood and vanilla-nut with outstanding citrus fruit aromas. Full bodied, with an intense flavor and a fresh, powerful finish. The grapes arrived to the winery in the early morning after being mechanically harvested and are immediately put into a gentle, fast press in order to obtain high quality white must. After the must is cooled it is placed in an insulated chilled tank for about 24 hours so that the sediment sinks to the bottom, the clean juice is transferred to another stainless steel tank where fermentation takes place for about two weeks at a temperature of 15°C. After fermentation, the wine is transferred to new French oak barrels to mature for 4-6 months. The wine does not undergo malolactic fermentation, in order to maintain its crisp, fresh qualities.
Products are packed with coolant during their journey to ensure they arrive in great shape. Meats will arrive frozen or refrigerated. Most of our products are shipped frozen; occasionally, due to a very quick turnaround between when the meats arrive at our freezing and distribution facility and when they are delivered to you, meats may be shipped fresh. Meat that is cold to the touch can be refrigerated for immediate use, or frozen for later use.
