Winemaker's Notes
The Tabor Adama Shiraz is aged in oak barrels for 12 months at the winery in Kfar Tavor, Israel. The wine has elegant, clean aromas with notes of spice, peppercorn and cloves. The fruit is up front on the palate, and it intermingles nicely with the hallmark spiciness and subtle smoke of the Shiraz grape. The acidity lingers nicely in the background, and the finish is rounded out by smooth tannins. This wine is in its prime, and will hold for at least another year.
