Made with dedication and expertise, the Shiran Trio is a expertly crafted blend of Carignan from the Binyamina area, Petite Sirah from the Ben Zimrah vineyard, and Petit Verdot from the Gush Etzion Hills. These varietals come together to make a bold, inventive, and interesting blend. Fruit forward, medium-high acid, and well oaked, this wine sports a complex taste profile that reflect the differences in terrior and grape varieties chosen for this blend. Blueberry, Raspberry, spicebox, and even a little cinnamon highlight the taste. The color is a ruby red. The nose is floral, but with an underlying cranberry smoke base. The tannins are smooth and balanced with vanilla oak flavor. Enjoy now or cellar for years to come.
