Winemaker's Notes
The Shirah Geshem is a GSM blend showcasing Grenache's beautiful red fruit with Syrah (28%) and Mourvedre (14%) blended in for additional color, structure and complexity with notes of spice and game. An array of aromatics, starting with floral and garrigue notes, turning to pluot, cherry and warm cinnamon. Medium bodied and medium acidity and lush, soft tannin. The palate shows notes of cherry, raspberry pie, baking spices, dried citrus peel, pink peppercorn, leather, and a hint of toast. A very seductive wine that screams to be paired with food.
