The Shiloh Shor series comprises single varietal red wines with the Shor Cabernet Sauvignon offering fragrant black fruit aromas. Cherries, cassis, and plum on the palate, followed by vanilla, licorice and hints of spice and pepper round out this luscious full-bodied wine. The Shiloh Shor Cabernet Sauvignon was aged in French oak barrels for 15 months adding to its complexity and offering rich tannins and a long finish. The wine is ready for immediate enjoyment and also has the capacity for ageing after bottling. Try this wine and the other wines in the Shor series - Shiloh Shor Barbera and Shiloh Shor Merlot.
