This drink now Chateau Roubine, La Vie en Rose is from Cotes de Provence, France: Look for cherries, strawberries, peaches, and subtle hints of minerals on the nose. Light in body, with notes of ripe red berries and stone fruit. A perfect, medium-plus acid structure that balances well with the ripeness of the fruit on the palate - carrying the wine throughout and culminating in a refreshing finish.
