Leonardo Recanati's Italian heritage lies at the root of his passion for quality winemaking. In Israel, the Mediterranean climate and ancient soils of the upper Galilee are well suited for the cultivation of fine Shiraz grapes. Rich and aromatically complex, Recanati Shiraz reveals layers of raspberry and plum intertwined with traces of spice, nutmeg and mocha. Its firm structure, robust flavors and smooth tannins make it a perfect match with roasts, grilled meats, tuna steak and spicier fare.
