Winemaker's Notes
The Recanati Marawi is a unique wine produced from grapes that are indigenous to Israel. This wine fermented and aged sur lie in one year old French oak barrels for six months. Pale straw in color, this wine has a clean nose of grapefruit. It is soft in the mouth with citrus notes with distinct mineral highlights and flavors of green apple, lemon and eucalyptus with a lingering vanilla finish. This wine is a true expression of Israeli terrior.
