Israel's ancient soil and lengthy growing season provide the perfect environment to nurture fine Merlot grapes. Select grapes are hand-picked before undergoing gentle pressing, followed by 8 months of aging in French oak barrels. Recanati Merlot is medium-bodied and garnet-hued, with generous fruit aromas and lingering flavors of vanilla and red berries. Enjoy with grilled meats, chicken or turkey entrees, pastas and robust vegetarian dishes.
