NEW - introducing Chardonnay UF Special Edition 2018 100% Chardonnay. This Special Edition wine was produced from Chardonnay grapes, manually and selectively harvested in the early morning hours from 2 small vineyards in the Upper Galilee. As the chilly grapes arrived at the winery, they underwent gentle extraction, followed by cold, slow, controlled fermentation, maintaining the fruit taste and aroma. The wine was then soaked on the yeast (sur lie) for continued fermentation and aging in French oak barrels, known for their unique contribution to the Chardonnay varietal. Bottled unfiltered, to conserve the impressive expression of this varietal.
