Enjoy this balanced and bold 2014 Petit Verdot from boutique producer Nevo. At Nevo, they work to combine old world attention to detail with new world technologies and techniques. The grapes were planted at 700 meters altitude in small plots, and were cared for meticulously. The wine shows that it was made from quality grapes with its bold palate and balanced constitution. The color is a deep purple. The mouth is exploding with dark fruit, licorice, spice, and smoke. The gritty tannins will allow the wine to age for 5-7 years.
