Winemaker's Notes
The Netofa Tel Qasser Red is a Rhone blend aged for 10 months in French oak barrels. Deep purple in color, fresh blackberries and raspberries on the nose followed by dried violets, lavender as well as hints of grilled meat and black pepper. This wine is medium-bodied, with medium-plus acidity and soft tannins with a silky-velvety texture. The Tel Qasser Red offers fruit that is on point, neither overripe nor overly extracted - juicy berries, ripe pomegranate, pepper, tobacco leaves, with touches of fine roasted coffee beans on the long and elegant finish.
