Winemaker's Notes
The Netofa Tel Qasser is made with 100% Roussanne, a grape variety often dominating the white blends produced in the Northern Rhône Valley. This wine aged for 10 months in French oak barrels. Bright gold in color, with light green reflections. On the nose, notes of honeysuckle, orange blossom, Anjou pear, white peach as well as hints of roasted nuts. Medium to full-bodied, with a slightly oily texture. The palate features notes of stone fruit, orange rind, pear, toasted almonds, medium-plus acidity, a touch of saline minerals as well as hints of vanilla beans that linger on the long and suave finish.
