Winemaker's Notes
A wine the color of deep purple, imbued with the aromas of sweet pine, eucalyptus, red fruits, and a delicate hint of black pepper. The wine matures in oak barrels, of which half are new, resulting in a vanilla and dark chocolate fragrance. The wine has a balanced acidity emphasizing the rich flavors of the Syrah grape with soft, round, velvety tannins accompanying a full-bodied wine. The taste reveals plum, cherry, and a nuance of eucalyptus, which were also present in the initial aromas. The wine continues maturing in the glass, developing enticing earthy flavors, together with a touch of leather and hints of tobacco.
