Winemaker's Notes
The sun-drenched vineyards in the Soreq Valley produce high quality grapes for the Mony Estate Vineyards. The Mony Rosh Hanikrah is a blend of 50% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 20% Petite Syrah grown on their estate vineyard. The wine was fermented in stainless steel, then aged in French oak for three months. Medium-red in color, this fine wine shows rich fruity aromas, has a medium-bodied palate with flavors of fresh herbs and lemon, and boasts a long finish.
