The sun-drenched vineyards in the Soreq Valley produce high quality grapes for the Mony Estate Vineyards. While harvested at night, the grapes used in crafting the Mony Massada are fermented in stainless steel. This refreshing dry white wine shows rich flavors reminiscent of gooseberry and citrus, along with a balanced acidity, and long, elegant finish.
