Winemaker's Notes
The sun-drenched vineyards in the Soreq Valley, Israel produce high quality grapes for the Mony Estate Vineyards. The Emerald Riesling, a semi-dry wine has a color that is yellow fading to green. It's a pretty straight color throughout and clean. The aromas are like the colors, very green such as kiwi, green apple, and under ripe green tomatoes even a hint almost of cucumbers. The mouth is a bit bitter but mostly acidic tasting. And the wine finishes the same way with the acid and a short finish.
