Winemaker's Notes
The sun-drenched vineyards in the Soreq Valley produce high quality grapes for the Mony Estate Vineyards. This 65% Cabernet Sauvignon and 35% Merlot semi-dry blend is produced from grapes grown on their estate vineyard, and fermented in stainless steel. Medium-red in color, this wine shows rich, fruity aromas, and has a mid-bodied palate with flavor of fresh berries and citrus with a long refreshing finish.
