The mature grapes used in crafting Jerusalem HiIls Cabernet Sauvignon are grown gently in the warm days and cool nights of the Judean Mountains surrounding Jerusalem, and close to maritime breezes coming straight from the Israeli coastal plain. This ideal wine growing climate allows the fruit to reach its optimal flavor potential, offering a palate full of ripe raspberry and black cherries, hints of black pepper, and a finish of aromatic spices.
