Hevron Heights Winery was founded in 2000 near Hevron, by Michel Murciano. He is the vintner with vineyards at 1000 meters and the winemaker. He brings his French and Morrocan background to his creations. And now, Lewis Pasco is consulting in all aspects of the operation. 80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Merlot, 5% Syrah. Aged 24 months in French oak barrels, this powerful and rich wine presents a deep color with intense aromas of blueberry, blackcurrant, and chocolate with hints of spices.
