Selected by Herzog Wines, this Cabernet Sauvignon comes from the vineyards of Languedoc on the French Mediterranean coast and benefits from the ideal climate of the area. The grapes are harvested in late September and vinified by traditional methods using the most modern techniques. You will find this wine to be rich in character and expressing the best qualities of a Cabernet: light cassis aroma and flavor, soft mouth-feel, and long on the palate. Best served at room temperature with meat, delicatessen, and cheese.
