Herzog Selection wines are all crafted by Pierre Miodownick, arguably the greatest Kosher winemaker in all France —and perhaps all of Europe. In his Brut Blanc de Blancs, he selects choice Chenin Blanc grapes from the Loire Valley —where they are known for achieving perfect ripeness and making great sparkling wine. —That is what crafts this delicious, elegant cuvee that represents an outstanding value and authentic French elegance. The aromas offer rich apple and white flower notes, while the palate sings with citrus, pear and a yeasty complexity. Bubbles as delicate as any you'’ll find in Champagne consummate the experience. Delicious as an aperitif, you can also pair it with homemade macaroni and cheese, spicy Indian curries, or salads dressed with vinaigrette.
