Winemaker's Notes
Besomim is our semi-annual ragtag bunch of misfits, the current manifestation is a blend of Mission, Pinot Noir, Zinfandel and Petite Sirah, aged for 18 months in neutral oak. Garnet colored, with aromas of cherry, and vanilla. The wine is medium to full bodied, the tannins are soft and rich, look for flavors of plum and caramel . Drink now through 2025
