Winemaker's Notes
This Finger Lake Riesling was fermented totally dry at very cool temperatures, which allowed for the grapes to retain their striking acidity and fresh fruit flavors. The grapes are grown in the one of the world's best regions for Riesling, the Finger Lakes of New York, and sports fantastic stone fruit aromas including peach and nectarine, and also has great minerality that shows off its sense of place and terroir.
