Winemaker's Notes
Gilgal Brut is produced in the cool climate of Israel's Golan Heights. Using only traditional methods and aged for a minimum of one year in the bottle, Gilgal Brut is made of Pinot Noir (50%) and Chardonnay (50%). This sparkling wine shows off bright lemon notes nuanced with crisp green apples and pears, fresh flowers, and hints of wild strawberries. Its refreshing tartness makes the wine immensely drinkable. Pairs well with caviar or a wild mushroom and burrata bruschetta.
