Winemaker's Notes
Deep garnet color. On the nose, blackberries, raspberries, hints of cedar, earth, and a charming touch of brett. Medium-bodied, elegant and deep. On the palate, juicy raspberries, crunchy blackberries, followed by green olives, graphite, and loamy dirt, with a pleasant note of anis, medium acidity, and polished, grainy tannins along with baker’s chocolate that lingers long on a savory, earthy finish. This medium to full bodied wine has soft tannis with hints of berries, plums, and wood.
