This is a Spanish old world wine with new world fruit. This wine has the characteristics of the old world in its woody and terroir-based aromas and flavors but is packed with fruit as the new world wines tend to be. This wine is lighter than a big bold Cabernet and should be cellared for at least three years. The Elvi EL26 will be the perfect pairing with Spanish food (of course), and also a good American burger.
