The Sauvignon Blanc grapes harvested for this wine come from the Nes Harim Vineyard located in the Judean foothills west of Jerusalem. The appearance is a noteworthy golden color that is very bright and clear. Lemon, apricot, and a touch of green apple fill the nose with fragrant aroma. It has a light to medium palate with a small amount of spice to it. Strong citrus flavors pair with good acidity, that gives the taste a fresh, exotic charachter. Enjoy this wine chilled and paired with flavorful spicy seafoods or tart desserts.
