The Domaine Condorcet Cuvee Anais from the prestigious Chateauneuf-du-Pape appellation is a superb wine, offering balance and complexity - assuredly calibrated to age many years but also presents all the qualities necessary for consumption now, in its prime youth. This wine shows a beautiful garnet color, with ruby reflections. The Condorcet Cuvee Anais has a lot of elegance, with a complexity in the spices and notes of Underwood, associated with notes of black cherries and blackcurrant. Nice acid and fine tannins lead to an elegant and fleshy mouth feel. Aromas of spice and red fruits lead to a long finish with lingering notes of licorice and spice.
