A true gem from the Upper Galilee, Delta Alpha is a rich and luscious Cabernet Sauvignon-based wine produced from some of the Upper Galilee's choicest vineyard plots. On the nose, look for a vibrant melange of jammy black and red fruit aromas, with delicate undertones of spicy oak, cedar and vanilla from the oak aging that carry onto the richly textured and well-balanced palate, with medium-plus acidity, plush tannins, and a long, seductive finish. This wine should age gracefully for the next few years, allowing the tannins to soften and the flavors to fully develop.
