Winemaker's Notes
The 248 Shiraz is medium to heavy bodied with a balanced structure. Smoke, earth, and dark black fruits fill the nose of this wine. The mouth is bold with good acidity that should allow the wine to pair with big dishes and meats.
De La Rosa Vineyard wines are certified organic, kosher, vegan, gluten-free, GMO-free and Bio-certified. Their grapes are grown on the sunny hills of the wine growing area near "Lake Neusiedl" (east of Vienna). This wine is certified Histamine free, which is great for those looking for a low sulfite wine.
