Winemaker's Notes
Dalton's Canaan Red is a blend of several varieties including Cabernet, Merlot and Shiraz. A medium-bodied red wine bursting with flavors of forest fruit, berries and hints of vanilla and cloves, this is a wine that is easy to drink. Best if served at room temperature, around 61 to 64 degrees Fahrenheit. Pairs well with pasta and pizza.
