The 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon possesses beautiful purity along with abundant amounts of black currant fruit intermixed with licorice, tobacco leaf, and spice box notes. It is a restrained, elegant version of the extroverted 2004. The 2005 should drink well for 12-15 years.
