Three cheese tools are included, forged from 13CR stainless steel. For hard cheeses this Complete Cheese Board set has a cheese knife, ideal for cutting chunks of hard and semi-hard cheeses, a Planer which cuts neat, thin slices from cheeses that are semi-hard to semi-soft, and a spreader for soft, runny cheeses. Products are packed with coolant during their journey to ensure they arrive in great shape. Meats will arrive frozen or refrigerated.
