This premium French wine from Chateau Greysac originates from the Medoc region of Bordeaux. It has a characteristic deep purple coloring and medium legs. The aroma is complex and a mix of blueberries, plum, and raspberries blend with a fresh earthiness that dances in the nose. The wine has a medium body and slightly acidic in structure with strong tannins, with notes of blackberries and licorice. The finish is clean and slightly tannic, with an aftertaste of black fruits and a more earthy flavors that linger on the tongue. The wine is exceptionally well made and well balanced and the ideal of what a good Medoc should be.
