For Peraj Petita, Capcanes selects the best grapes from its indigenous varieties of Garnacha, Samso and Ull de Llebre. The grapes are harvested from ancient vines up in the mountains.
Peraj Petita 2019 is a powerful blend of 50% Grenache, 20% Tempranillo, 15% Merlot and 15% Syrah, and exhibits lively fruit and seductive aromas of red berries and cherry. It reflects the terroir and great varieties of the area. Pairs well with New York strip steak or lamb shanks braised in tomato broth.
