Winemaker's Notes
This unique wine has been obtained by using the finest Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown on sunny Apulian hills. It combines the opulent velvetiness of the great northern wines with the southern warmth and earthiness. Deep red in color with purple rims, scent of cherry, liquorice, chocolate, nutmeg and vanilla seed on the nose. The mouth feel is full-bodied with soft ripe tannins, given by the 7 months' aging in French oak barrels. It is a great with pasta, soup, meat and cheeses. Ideal serving temperature is 18-20 degrees C.
