The Binyamina Reserve Roussanne Orange Wine is produced using techniques to yield an orange wine, where the bunches are pressed as whole clusters and transferred to fermentation with the skins, similar to red wines, for the purpose of extracting the wealth of colors, aromas, and natural flavors. The wine has characteristic citrus aromas of clementine and apricot, with jasmine flower aromas and honey flavors. The wine has a rich and complex body with soft tannins and good, balanced acidity. This wine will pair well with sashimi or ceviche, lightly smoked meats, or rich Italian cuisine.
Please note: due to alcohol regulations, the label on this bottle reads "white wine". However, this wine is an orange wine, made with the techniques described above.
