Winemaker's Notes
The Sapphire is produced from Shiraz and Cabernet Franc grapes all from our finest plots in the Golan Heights and Upper Galilee. This is a fruit-driven wine with great intensity and depth that showcases the vineyards of the region. The Sapphire is a full-bodied, rich, balanced and concentrated wine with a long, rich and generous finish. It is drinkable immediately, but will continue to develop in proper storage for five to eight years after its vintage date.
