This Jeunesse Belle Rouge is a red, semi-sweet sparkling wine. Deep red cherry color, with on the nose, notes of candied cherries, strawberry jam, as well as ripe raspberries. The palate shows lively bubbles, with fresh, juicy sweet strawberries and cherries, medium acidity, enticing with an initial softness, and leading to a clean and almost dry finish. Perfect for any occasion, a festive sparkling red wine, seductive aperitif, and fun dessert wine. Pairs well with BBQ chicken, soft cheeses, spicy fare and chocolate. Serve chilled.
