This wine is a proprietary blend from the wonderful Baron Herzog winery in California. While the varietals remain a secret the wine exhibits restrained fruit flavors, with mainly red fruit on the nose and the mouth. The wine is medium bodied and has a pleasant finish. The Aleph, a new Baron Herzog wine, is a wine that is perfect for everyday drinking. Pair this wine with spaghetti and meatballs, grilled salmon and turkey.
