    This winery is run solely by the Herzberg family, with the winemaking led by Max Herzberg. Max, a microbiologist by profession, learned to love wine as a young student in France and learned his traditional winemaking techniques both in Bordeaux, France as well as in Israel. Herzberg wines display a wonderful taste reminiscent of old-world wines which are produced using new-world techniques.
